Ingredients
- 10 figs, halved (mission figs preferred)
- 10 oz seedless grapes
- 3 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 2.5 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 block Greek feta in brine
- Fresh thyme sprigs
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F.
- Toss figs and grapes on a baking sheet with balsamic vinegar, 2 tablespoons olive oil, and half the honey. Bake for 8 minutes.
- Add feta to the center of the baking sheet, drizzle with remaining olive oil and honey, sprinkle with Aleppo pepper, and place thyme around it.
- Return to oven for another 15 minutes until figs are jammy and grapes burst.
- For a golden top, switch oven to broil for an additional 3-5 minutes.
- Serve warm with toasted baguette slices.
