  • 2 pounds boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 cups fresh pineapple chunks
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 1 sweet onion
  • 2/3 cup barbecue sauce
  • 2/3 cup teriyaki sauce
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1 tablespoon freshly grated ginger
  • Canola oil
  • Kosher salt
  • Black pepper

Instructions

  1. Prepare the marinade by mixing barbecue sauce, teriyaki sauce, minced garlic, and grated ginger in a bowl. Reserve half for later.
  2. Marinate chicken in the remaining mixture in a Ziploc bag or bowl for at least 2 hours or overnight.

  4. Preheat grill to medium heat.
