  • 1 ½ lbs flank steak or sirloin, thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 4 cups broccoli florets
  • ¼ cup low-sodium soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon hoisin sauce
  • ½ cup beef broth

Instructions

  1. Marinate beef slices in soy sauce, sesame oil, black pepper, and cornstarch for at least 30 minutes.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together low-sodium soy sauce, oyster sauce, hoisin sauce, brown sugar, ginger, garlic, and beef broth.
  3. Preheat the Blackstone griddle over medium-high heat.
  4. Stir-fry broccoli and onions for about 3–4 minutes until tender-crisp; move to the side.
  5. Add oil to the griddle and sear the marinated beef in a single layer for about 2 minutes per side until browned.
  6. Pour the prepared sauce over beef and broccoli; toss to coat and let thicken for 1–2 minutes.
  7. Garnish with sesame seeds and green onions before serving hot.
