Ingredients
- 1 ½ lbs flank steak or sirloin, thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 4 cups broccoli florets
- ¼ cup low-sodium soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon hoisin sauce
- ½ cup beef broth
Instructions
- Marinate beef slices in soy sauce, sesame oil, black pepper, and cornstarch for at least 30 minutes.
- In a bowl, whisk together low-sodium soy sauce, oyster sauce, hoisin sauce, brown sugar, ginger, garlic, and beef broth.
