Ingredients
- 2 lbs chicken breasts (cubed)
- 1 lb bacon
- 4 cups Yukon gold potatoes (cubed)
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 2–3 tbsp ranch seasoning
- 2 cups cheddar cheese (shredded)
Instructions
- Preheat the Blackstone griddle to medium heat with a thin coat of oil.
- Cook diced potatoes on one side of the grill for about 15 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Add bacon to the other side of the grill and cook until crispy (about 5 minutes per side). Set aside.
- Flip potatoes and add more oil if needed. Then, add cubed chicken to the grill.
- Season chicken and potatoes with salt, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, and ranch seasoning. Cook chicken for about 6-8 minutes per side until fully cooked.
- Combine cooked chicken and potatoes in one area of the grill; layer with shredded cheese and crumbled bacon until cheese melts completely.
