Ingredients
- 500 grams lean beef mince
- 2–3 medium potatoes
- 4 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon ketchup
- Shredded lettuce
- Cheese (dairy-free or regular)
- Pickle slices
Instructions
- Prepare the spice mix by combining smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, salt, and black pepper.
- Cut the potatoes into chips and toss with olive oil and half of the spice mix.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (390°F) for 30-40 minutes until crispy.
- In a frying pan, cook the beef mince until browned and season with remaining spice mix.
- Mix all burger sauce ingredients together.
- Assemble each bowl with potato chips, shredded lettuce, cooked beef, cheese, pickles, and drizzle with sauce.
