  • 500 grams lean beef mince
  • 23 medium potatoes
  • 4 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon ketchup
  • Shredded lettuce
  • Cheese (dairy-free or regular)
  • Pickle slices

Instructions

  1. Prepare the spice mix by combining smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, salt, and black pepper.
  2. Cut the potatoes into chips and toss with olive oil and half of the spice mix.
  3. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (390°F) for 30-40 minutes until crispy.
  4. In a frying pan, cook the beef mince until browned and season with remaining spice mix.
  5. Mix all burger sauce ingredients together.
  6. Assemble each bowl with potato chips, shredded lettuce, cooked beef, cheese, pickles, and drizzle with sauce.
