Ingredients
- 16 ounces cream cheese (softened)
- 1 ounce ranch dressing mix
- 2½ cups cooked shredded chicken
- 12 ounces crumbled bacon
- 2½ cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 12 sweet Hawaiian rolls
- 6 tablespoons melted butter
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and spray a 9×13 baking dish with nonstick spray.
- In a heavy-bottom stock pot over medium heat, melt the cream cheese until smooth.
- Stir in the ranch dressing mix and onion powder.
- Add the shredded chicken, crumbled bacon, sliced green onions, and one cup of cheddar cheese; mix well.
- Place the bottom halves of the rolls in the baking dish and spread the chicken mixture on top.
- Sprinkle remaining cheddar cheese over the mixture and place the top halves of the rolls on top.
- Brush melted butter over the tops and sprinkle with parmesan cheese and chives.
- Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes; remove foil and bake for an additional 5-8 minutes until golden brown.
- Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
