  • 1/3 cup sour cream
  • 2/3 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice (optional)
  • 1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs (for topping)

Instructions

  1. Prep the strawberries by cutting off the stems, halving them, and hollowing out a small space for filling.
  2. In a bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
