Ingredients
- 1 fresh pineapple (or canned pineapple rings)

- 1/4 cup pineapple juice
- 1/4 cup tomato paste
- 4–6 pitted dates (or 1/4 cup maple syrup)

Instructions
- Soak dates in warm water for 10–15 minutes; drain.
