- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp black pepper
- ½ tsp ground red pepper
- 1 medium yellow onion, thinly sliced
- 1 medium green bell pepper, cut into strips
- 18 oz barbecue sauce
- ½ cup light brown sugar
Instructions
- Trim excess fat from the pork shoulder.

- Rub the seasoning mixture evenly over the pork.
