Ingredients
- 1.5 lbs skirt steak
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice

- 4 garlic cloves, minced

- 1 mini cucumber, chopped
- 4 scallions, chopped
- 1/4 cup fresh dill, finely chopped
