Ingredients
- 16 oz uncooked farfalle pasta

- ½ red onion, diced
- 1 green pepper, chopped
- ½ cup salami, quartered
- ¾ cup extra virgin olive oil
- ¼ cup white wine vinegar
- 2 tsp lemon juice
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 3 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook farfalle pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and cool under cold water.
- In a large bowl, combine cooled pasta with mozzarella, olives, cherry tomatoes, parsley, red onion, green pepper, and salami.
