Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a muffin tin or line with liners.
- In a large bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar.
- Stir in 3/4 cup chopped peaches until coated.
- In another bowl, mix milk, egg, vegetable oil, and vanilla. Combine with dry ingredients gently using a rubber spatula.
