- 2 tsp whole black pepper
- 2 tsp coriander seeds
Instructions
- Prepare the jars by placing mustard seeds, peppercorns, and coriander seeds in each mason jar.
- In a saucepan, combine water, salt, and sugar over medium heat until dissolved. Add vinegar and bring to a boil for one minute.
- Pack sliced banana peppers into the jars gently but firmly.
- Distribute sliced garlic evenly among the jars.
- Pour the hot brine over the packed peppers until fully submerged, leaving an inch of space at the top.
- Seal the jars with lids and let cool at room temperature before storing.
