Ingredients
- 1 pound smoked sausage or kielbasa (cut into ¾ inch chunks)
- 12 ounces thick-cut bacon
- 4 ounces cream cheese (room temperature)
- ¼ cup sour cream
- 1 jalapeno (diced, seeds removed)
- ½ cup sharp cheddar cheese
- ¼ cup BBQ sauce
- â…› cup honey
- 1 ½ teaspoon brown sugar
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a small bowl, mix BBQ sauce, honey, and brown sugar to create the glaze.
- Cut each strip of bacon in half and wrap one piece around each sausage chunk. Secure them in a muffin pan.
