  • 2 cups cashews or cocktail peanuts
  • 5 cups pretzels
  • 3 cups cheese crackers
  • 2 cups oyster crackers
  • 4.5 tablespoons unsalted butter (melted)
  • 1 ounce ranch seasoning dry powder
  • 2 teaspoons mustard powder
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan
  • 1/2 tablespoon dried parsley flakes

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 300°F and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine rice cereal, peanuts (or cashews), pretzels, cheese crackers, and oyster crackers. Mix gently.
  3. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the unsalted butter and pour it over the dry mixture. Toss to coat evenly.
  4. In another bowl, mix together ranch seasoning, mustard powder, parmesan cheese, and parsley flakes. Sprinkle over the snack mixture and toss again.
  5. Spread the mixture evenly on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 30 minutes, stirring halfway through.
  6. Allow to cool completely before transferring to an airtight container.
