  • 1 medium white onion, diced
  • 4 cans pork and beans (14-ounces each)
  • ¼ cup ketchup
  • ½ cup BBQ sauce
  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons yellow mustard
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. In a large frying pan, cook bacon until crispy; chop and set aside, leaving some grease in the pan.
  3. Sauté diced onion in the same pan until tender.
  4. Stir in ketchup, BBQ sauce, brown sugar, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, and chopped bacon; simmer for 5 minutes.
  5. Combine pork and beans in a baking dish; mix in the sauce from the pan.
  6. Cover and bake for 45 minutes; remove cover and bake an additional 15 minutes.
  7. Let rest for 20 minutes before serving.
