- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 2 teaspoons paprika
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper

- 2 cups barbecue sauce
- Optional: chili powder or cayenne pepper for heat
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C).
- Remove the membrane from the ribs and place them on a baking sheet lined with foil.
- In a mixing bowl, combine garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, pepper, cumin, and optional chili or cayenne. Rub this mixture over both sides of the ribs and drizzle with olive oil.
- Cover the baking sheet with foil and bake for 2 hours.
