  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 3/4 cup high-quality strawberry jam
  • 2 cups fresh strawberries, sliced

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease three 8-inch round cake pans and line with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixer, combine canola oil, Greek yogurt, eggs, granulated sugar, vanilla extract, and buttermilk until well mixed.
