- 1 ½ tbsp taco seasoning mix
- ½ cup water
- ½ cup salsa con queso
- 3 tortillas (flour or corn)

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned, breaking it apart as it cooks.
- Stir in taco seasoning and water; simmer for 2-3 minutes until combined. Mix in salsa con queso and remove from heat.
- Spray an 8-inch round baking tin with cooking spray.
- Layer the casserole by placing one tortilla at the bottom, adding 1/3 of the beef mixture, then sprinkling with 1/3 of the cheese. Repeat twice more, ending with cheese on top.
- Bake for about 20 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Allow to cool slightly before slicing into wedges and serve warm with sour cream.
