Ingredients
- 48–60 frozen tater tots
- 3/4 cup freshly shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 4 slices cooked and crumbled bacon
- 2 sliced green onions
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 450ºF. Spray muffin pan cups generously with cooking spray.
- Place tater tots in each muffin cup (2-3 for mini; 4-5 for regular).
- Bake for 10 minutes until slightly golden. Remove from oven.
- Use a greased shot glass to press down each tot and form a cup shape.
- Return to the oven and bake for an additional 15 minutes until deep golden brown.
- Add shredded cheese on top of each cup and bake for another 4-5 minutes until melted.
- Garnish with sour cream, crumbled bacon, and sliced green onions before serving warm.
